When ordering, please ensure that all measurements sent to us are accurate. We will do our best to correct or amend items that are deemed unsuitable, however, we reserve the right to charge extra for this service. If you are making an order online without a fitting, please ensure all measurements submitted are accurate. Time To Shine Bikinis cannot be held responsible for a bikini that does not fit due to incorrect measurements. Please refer to the style and measurements guide.
Your bikini is very delicate so please handle this handmade item with care. The loss of stones can happen, so please be careful. Time To Shine Bikinis is not responsible for any breakages of connectors or loss of stones. All connectors & stones are not washable. Please only hand wash your bikini in lukewarm water using a soft detergent and let hang to dry.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the product, we have a strict no returns policy. All orders are final and none refundable as each item is customized to each individual. Therefore please take care when ordering your bikini and make sure that all information is correct as no changes can be made . If there are any problems upon receiving an order please contact timetoshinebikinis@gmail.com so that the issue may be resolved.

The 50% deposit is non refundable. If you decide not to compete after paying your deposit then you forfeit your deposit so please make sure you are sure about your competing plans. If you pay for your bikini in full this is also non refundable. If you decide to cancel then your order will still go ahead as planned, no refunds are permitted.

Your deposit is valid for 12 months after purchase.
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

All bikinis are sent via tracked delivery for your peace of mind. The cost of postage is additional to the cost of your bikini. TTS Bikinis aims to have your bikini to you 2-3 weeks prior to your competition date to allow for any adjustments that may be needed. Time To Shine Bikinis is not responsible for the postage costs of customers returning items for adjustments.

We send all of our parcels tracked and the tracking numbers can be obtained upon request. Time To Shine Bikinis does not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. The customer must take up this issue with the used courier.

Time To Shine Bikinis is not responsible for the payment of any customs charges.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non returnable. Only one gift voucher or discount code can be used per order.
